Now I have it (well, HE has it

). (And it''s gorgeous thanks to the information here)
I''m not even engaged yet and I''ve been looking at different wedding bands I''d like. Oh yeah, since seeing pictures on here, I''ve decided I need several bands to switch it up! (Soooo many choices).. Ok, not only that, I just got my pendant 3 weeks ago and I''m thinking... Ooooh.. maybe I should upgrade this?!? Haha. Today I got my 30x loupe (which I love) in the mail with some locking tweezers. I know. I spent all night looking at things! I loooove diamonds. Love. Love. LOVE diamonds. All thanks to pretty much everyone on this site.

Oh did I mention the other day someone gave me a free diamond? Normally I''d wonder what was wrong with them, but it was small enough (and an OEC) that this person though of me and just gave it to me. Not a single friend of mine shares my diamond love (I could look, swoon, and purchase all day).

So just wanted to say thanks to everyone........ And I think that''s the point of this post??

Hi SB, yep I'm exactly the same..you've caught the sickness, lol..

Before PS, I had my original , rather modest ering, and a mild interest in diamonds and gems.
Now, one yr after joining, I have my ering upgrade, an OEC pendant, a couple coloured gems with one in the works to be set in my dream RHR, and a bunch of vintage and new gold wedding bands..
(thats not counting a couple diamonds I bought and returned)

I have loved jewelry, diamonds, and gems since I was a little girl. PS really keeps it in the forefront of my mind so that now I would say it is more of a hobby.

Even as a teenager, I got bored when my mum looked at jewellery. I''m not addicted to diamonds, but am hooked on coloured stones. Oh, and I didn''t know a thing about them pre-PS.

I''d always liked diamonds, but I didn''t know what they COULD look like until I saw the ones here and the bar was raised. After I got my e-ring, I''d gotten so used to searching and looking at beautiful stones that I realized that there was no point in stopping.

DH likes to point out that he thought that our e-ring shopping was the end to our diamond purchases. If only he would have known it was just the beginning...

my husband says that he hates diamonds now, after the ering shopping and wanting and purchasing. i want more more more.

he got me a diamond necklace, diamond earrings, tennis bracelet and ering. i dont have a good place to put another one so i have no argument to get more. maybe i can find a nice RHR...
