I don't think you'll get many definitive answers to this question.

The pricing of fancy colored diamonds is such a mine field of nuances that I wouldn't feel comfortable giving a range unless I saw the stone, or saw extensive pictures and analysis' and tests that gave me a real "feel" for the stone.

Any "guess" could be misleading for you and unfair to the owner of the stone.

Well, prices can vary due to many factors.
As Richard pointed out, more information will help to give a more specific range.
I'll say anywhere from $5000 per carat to $10,000 per carat.
