Yay for "soon"!

I am new here but I figured I would post my excitement. The bf and I have been doing long distance for about 3 months now. It has been harder on me I suppose since I'm the one who moved to a new place. But that is really neither here nor there. He is always one to say how much he wants to marry me but refuses to get into any engagement specifics. Well, Friday night I finally asked him what in the heck "soon" means by his standards. 3 months? 6 months? He said six months and now I have a timeline (although I think it might be more like 7 which is fine).

Then I devled a little further and said, "so do you like rings w/ halos or without?" He thinks he likes Halo's

but refuses to get too specific because he doesnt want me to expect anything too specific so that he can still choose. I am pretty excited! Just wanted to share.

Hahaha, Robbie I wish he had done research to know what halo's are. He only knows because of my not so subtle emails of pics and descriptions. By the way, did I mention that I had to make him promise not to buy my ring at the mall? He was perpelexed, "Not even the jewelry stores in the mall?" he says. But alas, that is a talk for another day.
