Does anyone know if this vendor is reputable? Anyone have any info/experiences to share?

No experience to share, but a few thoughts.


- It appears they are located in Isreal. Solving problems would worry me since I could not use US courts (I think?)


- If there prices are really good, would they allow the diamond to be sent to a US bonded independent appriaser? If you like it and it checks out, you pay and the diamond is released to you. If you don't, it's returned and you pay shipping (plus appraisal costs)




I used an indepent appraiser when I bought from White Flash and it really helped my peace of mind.

I was all set to buy some rubies from them but their support rep on the real time chat they have set up was extremely rude and didnt know anything about rubies.
That said Iv talked to a few people that have bought from them and you get what you pay for but it isnt a steal and their descriptions are a little too flattering to the products.
My advice...
Stay away

Yeah, I'll probably stay away. The fact that they only let put up to $4000 on a credit card makes me very leary. Like I'm ever going to wire transfer someone thousands of dollars halfway around the world without the peace of mind of having fraud protection! Thank you two for your input.
