NOT A HOPE IN HELL that would ever eat a meal on my dining table... not even likely it would enter my house!!! Yikes!
Cool as it may be to others, I'd be out the back door so fast and absolutely terrified. Not a fan of reptiles - sorry to all reptile lovers

i don't like snakes......this is just a giant lizard and lizards i like. so, yeah, he and my kid could eat together.....but not that cereal!

As someone who had both snakes & lizards, I would not let them on the table. I'm a clean freak and would use hand sanitizers after handling my reptiles.

Honestly, I probably would. I'm disgusting though...

Yes I would. In fact, I have a rhino iguana and he sleeps with the cats.

Um, no. I actually wouldn't allow it in my house, period. I prefer pets of the furry variety.

Cool as heck, ForteKitty!!

Yeah, I'd have him around. He's beautiful. I like reptiles, think snakes are beautiful. I like any animal with 0 to 4 legs -- more than 4 legs means BUG, gaaaahhhh!

Huge ditto!
ForteKitty- could you post pics of your darling iguana? I would love to see him!
And ditto to Laurie- I love all animals- no bugs allowed though!!

I love all mammals, most reptiles, and most fish.

Cool as heck. I'd feed it real food though, not breakfast cereal

Goodness. What an interesting looking creature! Yeah, sure, it can eat on the table - apparently its usual diet is veggies. Nothing a little lysol won't fix afterward, right? Plus.. I think it's cute, kid and iguana eating breakfast together, both totally fine with it...

FK can we get some pics of yours? Better yet some pics of him with the cats? ::)

Laurie - I'm with you! 0-4 legs and 3" or longer. Any more than 4 legs or less than 3" and I'm gone!

Well, my cat is regularly found on my table, so it's not a cleanliness issue that makes me say "No!", more of a "he's going to scratch the table to ribbons!" reason

It can eat on my table any time. It has better manners than DH :o

While I probably would not choose to put it on my dining table to eat, if I found it there, I would not be inclined to move it on, either. Or to irritate it in any way. At all.

Absolutely not. Salmonella.

I agree. I have to admit that I do find my cats sleeping on the table when I come home some time but I fuss at them
until they get down. Pets eat on the floor at my house.
