Would This Eternity Band Require A Spacer?

Would this type of eternity band require a spacer next to an engagement ring? I know people recommend a spacer with shared prong eternity bands but would this cut-down/eliminate the need for one because it has four prongs?

Also, does anyone know if anyone else makes a similar setting?

Thank you!

That is a beautiful eternity band. It's really hard to tell from the pictures if you'll need a spacer between this band and your e-ring, but it does look like there is the potential for some rubbing issues.

ETA: Did you check with ID Jewelry? They have many different styles of eternity bands (also at a lower price point).

I would say it depends on the e-ring setting. My five stone is bar set and I need a spacer because the girdles rub against the prongs of my e-ring.

Its not the prongs that matter so much as the construction of the ring, and whether the diamond girdles extend out beyond the metal of the ring, meaning the girdles will touch an adjascent ring. That ring looks like it will scratch its neighbour. A pave or bead set ring is safer.

Thanks all!
