Winter is -- OFFICIALLY --- here. Today is the 1st day of Winter.

Did anyone notice - or are you too cold and too burried in snow and ice to have noticed?

Happy 1st Day of Winter!!! It is 45 here, sunny and blue skies.

Oh I definitely noticed .... here in Ottawa, we are having a major storm, 20 cm of snow is expected. And from the looks of it we will get that much, if not more.

Cold, snowy, and icy here. I've been inside for two days, since picking up DS at the airport Friday night. DD had her flight cancelled last night due to the blizzard, but with any luck she will arrive later tonight.

Yep, no doubt about a white Christmas this year.

oh yes, we had a big storm on Friday and another one today. I shoveled the driveway 3 times today!

I noticed as soon as I woke up to all the ice outside. But the sun did come out, and that helped.
