I''ve been evaluating diamonds for earrings and I''ve noticed that the Holloway Cut Advisor numbers can change based on whether I enter the Pavilion and Crown angles or %s. Why is this?

Example:
Table% 57
Depth%60.7
Pavilion % 42.9
Pavilion Angle 40.8
Crown%15.1
Crown Angle 34.9
Culet none

When I use the angles I get an HCA score of 1.5, but if I use the %''s I get a score of 1. I have a couple of other similar examples.

There is an explanation on the page.
And many threads discussing it if you search

Garry...Thanks...I should have read more carefully before posting!
