Why are these two necklaces priced so differently?

Both come with freshadama pearls
Both have same diamond weight
Both pendants are made from gold

Yet the Brilliant Collection one is $60 more?

I think the two npendants have different bale design...
and I believe the cheaper one is actually on sale at the moment, that might be the reason...

The cheaper design may not be selling as quickly as the more expensive one, so they've made the price more enticing.

I think that is the reason too. Plus the design is probably little more popular.
