I will be imbibing in a controlled environment as well...no driving. Heck, not even as a passenger in a cab. One location, one friend''s condo to sleep in, etc. I don''t know about getting "drunk," but there will be tipsy-ness and revelry on my part.

We''re staying in tonight because I''m afraid of drunk drivers and don''t like to go out on New Year''s for that reason. Yesterday I bought some beer and ended up drinking too many (!) because the kids are w/grandma and I thought I would cut loose a bit and live on the wild side and today I feel terrible
