I think WF really did an outstanding job on this and thier custom shop was just great to work with. We did this project entirely by email. In fact I've never talked on the phone to anyone at WF. They've all been fantastic to work with and I'm sure this won't be my last project with them. Joe made it so easy during the designing process with his drawings showing each little change I asked for right up until he had created exactly what I envisioned. That final CAD still blows my mind in how real it looks. The other folks at WF stayed in touch with me the whole time it was in production, letting me know how it was going and keeping me from going

No, I don't have it yet! But I won't have to wait the usual 3+ weeks this time. It's being sent to my beau to hold for me, and I'm going to the US for a short leave. I'll have it in less than a week this time!

The story on the chain is that I didn’t just pick it out. It’s an old one that I bought almost 20 years ago at a long-gone mall chain store called Lorches. There diamonds were so bad the made Kays seem good, but they sold this odd open link rope type chain that I never saw anywhere else. In spite of the thickness it weighs almost nothing and is very comfortable to wear. When I was talking to Bob about what I wanted I told him I would mostly wear it with one of several 2.75 mm 21kt gold chains I have, but may want to wear it with a slightly thicker chain once in a while. He asked me to send it to WF so they could make sure the pendant would fit it. So there you’re looking at something old, something new….

I agree about the pics! Becca over at WF is such an artiste with her pics. I just can't get enough of them. I keep going back and looking at pics she's sent me of other things they've done that I already have. I'll be doing the same thing here too.

Ande, it came out just perfect. I like the angular nature of the gold contrasted by the roundness of the three gorgeous diamonds. Your chain is beautiful and I love the idea old something, something new. You couldn't find a chain like that now. The photo of your piece on the model's neck is so pretty.
