Who grades the most diamonds?

Hi I am back in the U.S. and lurking around my favorite PS forum for more diamonds. There are plenty of bling bling that are beautiful to my eyes and they come with many different lab certificates. The prices are so different for the same quality. Which lab grades the most diamonds and is the best? I heard GIA grades over 50,000 diamonds a month, is that true?

gia and ags are the top labs.

GIA is getting a bad rap for stones under 1ct.

Seems to try to catch up with the backlog they may be using less experianced staff on smaller stones. Makes sense I guess, but what makes a ''top'' lab?
In my experiance with Indian IGI''s I can expect a slightly softer colour grade, clarity is fine, but the degree of overall consistency is far better than GIA. I do not see many AGS stones in my distant world, but those I do have all been on the money
