Who does the best quality Tiffany Legacy design?

Hi

I really like the Tiffany Legacy design for a cushion. Could anyone please suggest who does the best quality one?

Also, do different retailers use different weights of platinum - if yes, what is the best weight?

Each merchant may use different platinum alloys, but the weight is a function of the alloy. Mark Morrell (beautiful work) has a page on this. He prefers PT900 with Iridium the last 10%. Here's a list of the alloys that PS merchants use.
