Whiteflash?

How many have used Whiteflash? I''ve looked at their prices and they seem to have some good deals. Would anybody be able to provide comments or experiences with them.

I bought from them with MUCH satisfaction. The diamond was BREATHTAKING, the service great, and I couldn't have been happier.




In fact, a coworker of mine--having seen my diamond--decided to buy from them too, and he also had a great experience with them.




They are a top-shelf organization; you cannot go wrong with them!

While I havent bought from them they have a great reputation here and a ton of happy customers.
I would not hesitate for 1 second doing business with them if they had the diamond I wanted at a good price.

We bought my ring from Whiteflash recently. It's from their "Expert Selection" I love it. I think it's a great diamond and a great value. Everyone at Whiteflash was wonderful, very prompt with e-mail and phone responses, and very patient when we were picky and indecisive.

Remember to ask for the pricescope discount, my BF mentioned Pricescope and told him he found the diamond here, but he didn't specifically ask for the discount so he didn't get it.

We bought my diamond from Whiteflash last year and I get so many compliments on it. FI and I have both referred co-workers to Whiteflash. Bob was very patient and spoke with me several times over a few weeks until we found just the right stone. Unlike the local stores we visited, he listed to exactly what I wanted in terms of cut numbers, as well as color, clarity and size, and he did not waste my time recommending stones that did not meet my parameters. The diamond we chose was on the multiple listing database, so I saw it offered at a number of sites, but Whiteflash had the best price that actually included service (not just a drop ship price). Bob called in my stone along with 1 other I was interested in, looked at the stones, told me his opinion and emailed pics. I highly recommend WF and would buy from them again.

I will also add my recommend for Whiteflash. We are extremely pleased with my ring as well. The service was excellent and the product was even better then ever expected. You won't go wrong in selecting Whiteflash.

We tried to go with Whiteflash at first, but we didn't have the same glowing experiences with the customer service that others have. While the stones we were looking at from WF looked great on paper, we ended up choosing another stone from a vendor (DirtCheapDiamonds) that gave us great customer service and always responded promptly to e-mails and phone calls.

Just my two cents, obviously others have had great experiences with them!

I gave them a call and they have begun to look around for me. I'd still really like to hear any more experiences with them. What kind of discount do they give to Pricescope members? Are jewelry stores in my local area going to be able to compare to the internet prices.

i just bought a diamond (expert selection) and ring from whiteflash. im in the process of gathering pics (of the ring, our proposal, us, etc) to post here on pricescope along with a full review of my buying experiance from WF.

until i get that done though, let me just say that the diamond is simply awesome! the number of compliments we've recieved seems endless, people think i spent WAY more than i did because theyve never seen anything so stunning. (can you tell im happy!)

As far as I know WF is one of the only vendors that discounts stones for Pscopers, I know that some others have requested discounts elsewhere and been told no....but you can always ask with ANY vendor you use. They can only say no...and they may say Yes! The discount is not huge, something like 5% but it can help if you are on a tight budget and find a stone that is slightly out of range.




WF is excellent, we bought my fiance's stone from them and I hope to do much more biz with them in the future.

They tend to be really busy at times so if you don't hear back from them re: follow-up, make sure to do due diligence and follow-up to get the details.

WF custom made a pendant for me last spring. Then Hubby treated me to earrings from WF for Christmas. I decided to trade in my pendant diamond and upgrade for a ring in January. The WF Upgrade Policy worked as smooth as silk and WF custom made my new ring.

Although I have primarily dealt with Lesley Harris, I have also chatted with just about everyone at WF at one time or another. Judi, Denise, Bob, and Brian, of course. Gosh I wish I could bottle Brian Gavin's voice!!

Everyone at WF is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They listen to you. What you want. What you need. They work with your budget to make your diamond buying dream become a reality.

I just bought a stone from WF and my ring should be here in a week or so. It's being set now. They were very helpful to me. I will let you know how the ring looks when I get it. We are going to take it to an appraiser as well. I am expecting it to be great though based on the testimonials of others and the diamond reports on the stone.
