I am looking to buy a diamond for my engagement ring.
I have 3 very similar diamonds that I am interested to buy. It is very hard to buy diamond over the ineternet so I can't see the products themselves. Can anyone with good knowledge help me out please? The prices of these three diamonds are very close and I would rank the cut my first importance, then colour, and clarity.

I would be ever so grateful if anyone could help me choose the most sparkle diamond out of the three. My knowledge of diamond proportion is not that great. Thank you very much.

I prefer the 3rd one.
Be sure it''s eye clean !
For the first one, you didn''t give us C and P angle.
You should ask idealscope pictures for those diamonds.

Hi Kate:

Like Stephan, without seeing anything else I like the 3rd choice.

It is not as deep as stone 2 and and faces up a little larger for a stone which weighs the same and has no flour. It also has a smaller table than choice (1) or (2) with a cherry set of crown and pavilion angles.

Don''t shop by the numbers alone, but my first choice would be to take a look at stone 3.

I would eliminate #2 -- too steep and deep. I like the numbers on #3, so I would ask for pics. I would ask for a sarin report on #1 to know whether to consider it or not. (You need crown and pavilion details.) From what you''ve listed, it has good potential, and is the largest, diameter-wise.

I agree with Josh. #3 would easily get my choice over the others if this is all the info you''ve garnered.

Well, I guess that I''ll chime in to.....#3 it is.

Yes, #2 is not a contender.

#1 has the biggest spread, and could be good, but its cut is an unknown without the crown and pavilion angles.

If you can''t get more info on #1, I would definitely go with #3 . . . better color, 1.1 on the HCA (excellent cut), and a nice price.

#3 ,i like the small table 54% with the high 16% crown. just my 2 cents.
