Which PS vendor would most likely order a specific Vatche setting for me?

I am 90% sure that none of the vendors who carry Vatche has the setting I want. The one I'm looking for is the Vatche Comfort Fit X-Prong, but the slim version. I contacted Vatche to make sure they actually have it, which they do: Style #164.

So back to my question, which of these PS vendors (excel, whiteflash, etc.) have the best price for Vatche and would order me the setting without some sort of service charge?

I am not 100% sure on if I'm going to get the actual diamond from the same vendor since I found a B&M store that sells diamonds for close to online prices.

Any of us Vatche' distributors can get it for you. Not sure what you mean by "service charge" since they are sold online at a set price. Any discounts you may/might get would only be if you were purchasing both diamond and setting from the same place and then deducted from the diamond.

Most designer lines, including D. Vatche, have a minimum suggested retail price (MSRP) which they dictate and their merchandise can not be sold below that price, but it may be sold for higher than MSRP... Thus you are correct, any dealer will do.
