I found one diamond which is grade on GIA as SI1 but on ISEE2 as SI2, so which I wonder which one is correct.

It seems that diamond to be graded by ISEE2 first, 5 years later it is graded by GIA and got a higher grade of clarity. So do you think GIA still be the strictest grader for clarity?
