Which Dress?

I have posted some pics from a few of my dress shopping trips and have narrowed it down to 2, here is the new one:


Note: The sample was several sizes too small so the fit up top is a bit off in the pic and the skirt wasn''t fluffed out as full as it should have been.

I love the second dress (original one), but the new one, the v-neck, is SO flattering on you, and I love the delicate lace detail. DEFINITELY the new one!

ETA: Your necklace... where'd you get it? Any additional pics? I'd love a close up!

I like the neckline of the new one, but he skirt of the second pic, it''s a tough call. But if having the right size would make the skirt of the first one fuller I think it think that would be my choice.

Tough call. In the pictures, I think the 2nd is much more flattering, but that may be because the sample was too small. I really love the idea of a V-neck (since I''m not at all a strapless kind of girl). I can imagine the first dress being really flattering in the proper size. But for me it would be too much of a gamble without having tried it on in the proper size, so I''d vote #2.

I much prefer the first dress on you, the v-neck. I''m usually all about the strapless gowns, but that dress is so flattering, and I love the sweep of the skirt. I DEFINITELY prefer it to the original dress.

More importantly, though, which do you prefer? I would go back and try each one on again and see which one feels like the one.

Thank you all for the opinions... I think I am leaning more towards the new dress. I feel like it looks better on me and I feel more confident in it than the second dress.. After seeing me in over 100 dresses my mom cried when I tried this one on. I love the second dress and it is more similar to what I had pictured originally, but I have a feeling that in the end when I look at pictures I am going to feel like I should have chosen the v-neck as it is more flattering. ( this tends to happen to me a lot with dresses)

Gypsy - The necklace was the first Christmas gift I received from my now fiance. It is a heart with diamonds along one side. It is from the Jewelry Exchange I believe so not the best quality I am sure, but I love it for sentimental reasons.

I think they are both beautiful, but the v-neck looks more grown up and elegant while the paloma looks very sweet. I think it just depends on which dress you feel suits your taste better as they are both beautiful gowns.


Will you please tell me who makes the first gown? I want to try it on
