After searching through internet for a while, I found the following two stones that I like and are within my budget.
I plan to buy one of them online. So before I pay it, I cannot see them in person.

#1
2585 dollars
Round Brilliant
Measurements: 6.09, 6.12, 3.56 mm
GIA 4Cs: 0.80 carat, J, VS2, Very Good
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Excellent
Medium Blue Fluorescence
HCA score: 1.7

pro: big measurements, VS2 calarity, 1.7 HCA score
con: GIA cut grade is "very good"

#2
2492 dollars
Round Brilliant
Measurements: 5.95, 6.00, 3.70 mm
GIA 4Cs: 0.82 carat, J, SI1, Excellent
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Strong Blue Fluorescence
HCA score: 2.0

pro: 3EX!! 93 dollars cheaper.
con: SI1 may not be eye clean, smaller measurements, strong fluo may cause problem

I personally perfer #1 now. However, it's also hard for me to give up the 3EX one. So I really would like to see what you think.

ANY comment is wecome! Many thanks!

Post the GIA report numbers.

Hey, thank you for replying.

The GIA report numbers are

#1 6137589796 0.80 carat

#2 5126673809 0.82 carat

I would opt for #1.

I found the reason why the first diamond is graded as "very good cut"
It's pavilion angle is a little small: 40.6.
The rest numbers are all good.
I am pretty sure one of them will be my first diamond. :)

GIA cut grade is strictly proportions-based. They average around eight sections of stone, then round, then calculate cut grade from those averaged rounded results, then print all of that on the report. So without more info - pics, full scan, seeing them in-person - we have no idea what sorts of ranges went into the numbers we see on the report, what sort of optical symmetry the stone has, so what we can say with certainty is limited.

That said - yes, GIA vg b/c of the 33/40.6 combo. You can play with the GIA Facetware tool here https://www.gia.edu/facetware/ will be a very bright stone - lots of white light return, less coloured light return in some types of lights where other stones of different proportions show more coloured light. Nothing wrong with one or the other - depends on what you personally like to see. I would want more info to confirm no over-obstruction issues (stone goes dark when you lean over to admire it because too many facets are angled to reflect what's directly in front of them at close range - your head/hair/clothes, may be less of an issue if you're fair and light-haired..)

Thank you both for your opinions.
I ordered the first diamond with a six prong white gold setting.
Hope it looks good. Finger crossed.
I probably will post some pics later. :)

Some update here. I received the ring. I know the picutres are not the best. It was under bad light condition.

But what do you think of it? Shall I keep it or not. Shall I change to a ideal cut stone?
