I've been working with Chris @ WF and I must say he is AWESOME! I ordered a custom ring like the Enchantment from the Mark Schneider design.

Now all of these diamonds are eye clean and I am having a tough time deciding on which to purchase. I am torn between these diamonds... Help me please :D !!! Let me know if there any others that I may have miss.

Your thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciative! Thank you PSers!

you have quite a few there. What is your priority? Clarity? Color? Size? at least you have the cut down  . Some prefer higher clarity, others prefer color over clarity, and others prefer size. I personally like EYE clean SI stones as I think there is great value for the bucks there. Reassess what is important, but if you had only two choices, then I could vote ::)

If all are truly eyeclean and none of these are stretching the budget, I think I'd go for the 1st F SI1. All of them are beautiful choices, though.

Personally I love the G VS2.

I would probably go with a G VS2 but up the carat size! With a VS2, you're pretty much guaranteed not to see any inclusions, and with a G, its going to be pretty much colorless, especially if its AGS. I've heard AGS is stricter than GIA, not sure if its true. I'm not a diamond expert like some of these folks so if you get an SI1 that passes the WF inspection, you're probably good. I ended up going with a squared radiant F-VS2 that was a very good cut from WF. I think you're on the right track. Good cut is important, but you could easily probably get away with a G and get a little more carat. Also-rounds are much more prevalent than squared radiants so you'll have it easier than me! But heck, I just bought some J-SI1's for my wife's diamond earrings so what do I know!

Best of luck!

I think carat size is most likely limited by budget :) The carat size you are looking at is a great size IMO and will make for a lovely ring!

As far as an F and a G only a bona fide jeweler would be able to tell the difference, and he or she would have to be comparing diamonds probably to even tell! It should be colorless either way. I would go VS2, only because personally I'm a little paranoid about inclusions. If you get a good cut, it will sparkle and look awesome. Wf is great and I'm sure those are all good options though, all that being said. Very happy with my purchsae. It's definitely a personal thing, so go with what you think your wife might like.

This one looks like it might be a good one if you're willing to drop to an H.

Nice find kevinmick!
I just can't find why this stone is 'only' Expert Selection, it looks perfect!?

Alright, thank you for all your suggestions!

These are the final 3!

However, I am trying to justify going a little bigger with the G VS2 but it is extending my budget a little more.

I feel all happier now as I get closer and closer to finding that diamond:)

Thank you again!

The F-SI is nice, but the inclusion is in the table so I prefer the G-VS2.

So I finally bit the bullet and bought the F SI 1.14 but funny thing someone else bought it at the same time  .. So Chris offered me the 1.178 F SI at the same price as the smaller diamond! :appl:
