Definitely the first one is the best, I would pass on the other 2 as they are not as well cut.

Ditto.

but these three diamonds all IDEAL cut.

and another question:i found a diamond ,as same as first one,but the color is E and has stong blue fluorescence,
the first one has H color and no fluorescence, why these two diamonds arethe same price ?

That term does not always guarantee you a well cut diamond unfortunately. The second 2 diamonds are what we call steep deep with the angles, they are very likely to leak light and not perform well.

The E could be discounted for the strong blue fluorescence and there could be other reasons too.

Wendy, you wrote, "but these three diamonds all IDEAL cut."

Imagine a target.
GIA's Excellent Cut grade can be seen a a pretty large circle, say the black area in the pic below.
GIA Excellents can fall anywhere within that black circle.

AGS's best cut grade is called ideal and it is a smaller circle.
Actually there are graphical descriptions of these cut ranges on the Holloway Cut Advisor, or HCA, but they are not circles.

Stick around.
Keep reading here and read the ADVANCED TUTORIAL under TOOLS at the top of this screen.
When you learn more you can find a diamond with is closer to the center of the cut target.
The best of the best.

Note: not every expert agrees on what should be the exact center of a hypothetical cut target.
But the majority of the PS community has narrowed it down pretty well.
