I like both A & C, C makes your solitaire pop! A is extra blingy!! Good luck with your decision!

I like B the best as the plain band combined with the bezel ring look great with the roundness of your solitaire. It would probably look best in the same metal rather than yellow gold though.
 
I voted A. Best balance.
 
I like A then C next.
 
Of those posted, I like C > A > B. :))
 
I chose "none" because while I prefer the look of C best, I think it would look better with one of the bands in C as opposed to two bands.
 
I would wear that w a plain metal band that matched the shank on the ER. Really make the stone the star.

To my taste, C is the best look. I do like A, but I think it's not got enough finger coverage for that giant soitaire. :) The proportions of it is just a bit off when paired with the e-ring. I do think it is a beautiful ring, though.
