WHich 4-Prong Engagement Ring would you pick?

They are both beautiful, and I have ordered pieces from both companies, and they both do excellent work. However, since I just got my diamond reset in a BGD solitaire setting, and I love it so much, I would probably lean slightly toward the BGD just because I've seen how delicate their settings are in person, and they got my diamond back to me even more quickly than they originally told me it was going to take.

I would pick the BGD setting. I know its the more expensive option but the prongs are smaller (not so much the prongs as you see them from the top, but the sides was what I was looking at) so they let in a little more light giving you more of that delicious sparkle!! Do you have a diamond picked out?

Personally, I like the slightly tapered look of the WF setting, but it depends on how picky you are about having the ering and wband sitting flush against each other vs having a bit of a gap. Good luck! ::)

I have no experience with either vendor, but I like the BGD setting you posted a bit more.

Get the setting where you will get the diamond. Those settings look pretty identical to me even though WF may seem just a weee bit more tapered? but you could ask for more head on shot as well, less hassle to get it all done in the same place imo.

Ditto. Although I like the one by DBG a tad better, but they are both really close...

I pick BGD. It looks more fluid and delicate.

I like the Brian Gavin better. It looks softer somehow.

Both great companies, can't go wrong. I'd just get the one where you get the diamond.

BUT, that said, looking at the profiles, I notice that the BGD setting is slightly more open and "swoopy" whereas the WF setting is more like a V cut profile. I like the look of the BGD one a little better. It looks softer.

The second choice just really jumps out at me.

Both are beautiful, but I think I like the lines of the Whiteflash ring a little bit better.

I like the BGD setting a bit better because the prongs are more graceful.

Looks like the BGD has a little bump out where the prongs attach to the shank. This may cause a little gap between the
egring and the wedding ring. Or, it may be so mild that it doesnt show at all. Might want to ask them for a picture of it
with a wedding band.

If it werent for the bump out I would say BGD. If the small bump out doesnt cause much of a gap then I would go BGD.
Otherwise I would pick Whiteflash. They are *very* close.

The BG for sure. Shows off more of the diamond with the way the prongs tapper off, imho.

This is a difficult one. I like the no tapering of the shank of the BGD solitaire. I much prefer the straight lines of the profile of the head of the WF solitaire compared to the more rounded look by BGD. I think the straight lines of the head complement the straight lines and sharp corners of the princess cut. But as others said, the BGD head does show off the diamond more. I have only ever ordered from WF before who were fantastic, so I`d probably go with them.
