where to get a sarin report on diamond already owned?

anyone know a reputable place where i can get a sarin report on a diamond - and how much should i expect to pay just for the report? also, i have a gia cert, but the number was never inscribed - so how do i know that i am getting back the same diamond i give in? are there any places where i can wait and watch while they do it?

NYC, we assume that you're located in New York City... Try IGI International Gemological Laboratories, we don't use them so we don't know the number, but you should be able to find them in the phone book.

yes, i am in new york city, sorry for not including that earlier.

does anyone have estimates of how much i should expect to pay so that i don't overpay unnecessarily, and also don't underpay at a not-so reputable place.
