Where to buy?

I am interested in buying a hearts and arrows diamond cross. The places that I''m looking at are Whiteflash and Facets.com

I am hoping to get some referrals from people that have bought from both sites. Do you have a preference for future purchases? Has anyone decided to return a diamond? Was the return policy customer friendly and the money refunded promptly?

Any other thoughts, ideas, suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!
