Where to buy sterling hoops?

My sister-in-law would like a pair of small sterling hoops as a graduation present. Any recommendations for where to get good ones without overpaying or ending up with junk? I'm wary of just choosing something off Amazon or Etsy without having a recommendation. Thank you so much!

I would look on Etsy for hoops you like, then check to see where they're made and for reviews with photos. It's a bit of research but might be fun.

I think this Etsy vendor has a lot of lovely sterling designs, and I've bought from them before and been very satisfied.
