Where can I find this Scott Kay setting at a respectable price? The only site I have seen with Scott Kay was Pearlman''s but their diamond selection was seriously lacking.

You buy the diamond from somewhere such as Good Old Gold or WhiteFlash and you have Pearlmans order the setting. Then have Pearlman''s send the setting to GOG or WF to set it for you. You''ll have to pay a small setting fee possibly since you didn''t buy the setting from them, but it''s worth it to get the best diamond as well as the setting you want!

pearlmans can get you ideal stones. all of the diamonds they sell under 2 carats are ideal. they don't list everything on their site. Call and tell them what you want and they will get it, their pricing is very competitive and you'll likey do better on price buying the stone and setting from the same place. I bought my AGS000 from pearlmans and couldn't be happier..

here's a quote from Bill Pearlman in this thread on their stone selection:

https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/experiences-with-vendors.55176/

We only sell ideal cut diamonds at 2.0ct and under. Over 2.01ct on our site we sell a variety of cut grades AGS000, GIA, 8*. Because there are some pretty difficult to find sizes on the site and we cater to a varied market we need different cut grades for different consumers taste. In the finished jewelry we also use top cut grades. Hope that answers the question.

I should have thought of that! By all means call and ask Bill Pearlman what he can get in for you!
