Where can I buy cheap synthetic star sapphire?

I don't want to spend too much on a synthetic stone. I have seen some nice synthetic on a gem show but they all have feather. Thank you so much in advance.

There’s a brand called “Linde” synthetic Star sapphire which is apparently “good”.
The problem with some of those eBay ones are that they are literally like “lines drawn on top”. No actual Schiller effect at all.
