When will Whiteflash purge their Sold listings from PS??

Seriously, when? Nearly everything ACA and under 1ct in the PS database is SOLD, except the two that are still "reserved." It''s annoying that so many sold listings are still in there.

In trying to help someone recently, this was a problem...which seems to be a recent issue? Something for WF & Pricescope to coordinate on? Not sure.

There are a few vendors I peruse who do this.. when its sold, it should just be pulled off the site altogether.

I know BGD does not do this. When my diamond was sold, I could no longer search for it. I could only access it by the URL manually.

for PS vendors sold diamonds should not pull up on the search results. It''s pathethic.

Pricescope apologizes for any inconvenience that consumers or vendors may be having.

Even thought the vendors that list on Pricescope update there information constantly, Pricescope currently updates the database twice a week on Wed and Sunday nights.

We are working on improving this in the near future.
