For work days, for weekends, for special occasions, for rushed meals?

Work/Rushed Lunch: Protein Bar w/ Almonds or Soup

Weekend Lunch: Small corn tortilla quesadilla w/ salsa

Special Lunch: Those happen rarely, but I love a good BLT and french fries.

PIZZA!

Lately for me, it''s been Udon Soup with mushrooms....

I love a turkey, brie, sprouts and cranberry mayo sandwich... but I often can only eat a quarter of it before I start feeling guilty (this is where my husband comes in handy

).

For a rushed lunch, it often ends up being a luna bar, cottage cheese and some high-fiber cereal

I''d split this sandwich (I typed sandwish and had to correct! ha ha) with you.

Me too! Are you talking about the Annie Chun bowls? I'm all about those! I also really like the Tom Yum and Hot and Sour flavors.

ETA I need to answer the rest of the questions!

Almost every Monday I get Ethiopian food (YUM), and I also eat a lot of sushi for lunch.

If I'm lazy/in a rush/trying to not spend too much money I'll have an Annie Chun bowl.

For a fancy lunch I'll get the Moule Frites (mussels and french fries) from a French restaurant up the street from my work.

Ooh I''ve never had a packaged version... I''ve only had it at restaurants and homemade!

Rushed work lunch (at my desk): grilled chicken-apple-brie-mustard sandwich from deli underneath our office.
"Special" work lunch (meeting someone for lunch): daily fish special with grilled veggies
Weekend: big brunch -- eggs and chicken apple sausage

Everyday - yogurt, applesauce, & baby carrots
Special (AKA I-don''t-care-about-my-diet-&-I''m-gonna-eat-the-most-delish-thing-ever) - ham & brie croissant with spinach, tomato, red onion, & homemade thyme infused mayo

Rushed: Balance or Luna bar or can of Wolfgang Puck soup
Out: Green Salad Co. romaine and beef tenderloin salad with low-cal balsamic vinaigrette
Fancy out: steak at the Palm

Typical work lunch - Lean Cusine or Healthy Choice Steamers (yum) with fruit or yogurt.

Special lunch - our usual spot is a locally owned restaurant with a huge menu, but I love their "crescent wrench" sandwich. I get it every time.

Weekends - Whatever I feel like having. Sometimes it''s healthy and sometimes it''s not. I try not to diet on weekends!

Love soup, buy homemade at my local Italian Market.

Otherwise, it''s a few slices of genoa salami, and some smoked turkey, no bread. Boring I know....

Everyday: I love the tomato basil boca burger on a high fiber low carb tortilla with a slice of avocado; I have that most days with a cup of veggie soup.

Special occasion: I love to go to this one restaurant that makes the best cubano or another place that makes a delicious salmon, bacon, sandwich.

burgers, canned dumpling soup, cheddar cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, omelets, p&b on homemade style bread.

Tacos or cheeseburger.

Well restaurant udon is definitely better, but the Annie Chun bowls can''t be beat for $3! You should try them! They''re actually not that bad for you if I recall-just a lot of sodium like most packaged stuff.

I love sandwiches and soup...A turkey, avacado, sprouts, bacon and swiss on a roll plus sun chips with a cup of soup can really make my day...

Out: grilled cheese with a salad (I know processed cheese is bad for you, but I allow myself this guilty pleasure once in awhile). Or a big salad with chicken and feta and cranberries.

At home : homemade soup ( I call it compost soup because I throw every vegetable I have that needs to be eaten into it lol). Or last night''s leftovers reheated, or just some crackers and cheese and fruit.

Grilled cheese sammy with a cup of tomato soup... Haven''t had that in ages. Now that it will be too cold to go out in the next few days, I am going to indulge.... YUmmm.

And as mentioned on yr thread on breakfast, I just *LOVE* champage brunches, nice yummy good, even yummier vintage champage and great company!!
