What you think of this 5ct Emerald cut??

I am just wondering what you would think of this. I have an option on it currently. I like the look of it. But it’s my first emerald cut, so need some guidance here.

I have my opinion, but I'm not an EC expert, so will wait until others chime in. @Karl_K, what do your eyes tell you?

look at what happens at about 15 degrees tilt.
Nearly entire side goes dark at once so its not going to dance well.
Not at computer to check material.
