I actually just saw this today and although I am not a princess girl myself, I loved the color play with pink diamonds so much that I saved it as an inspiration:
Your colors can be reversed.
Also, I have always been in love with this princess three stone by LM (which can be replicated by other more affordable jewelers)
And some of Maevona’s princess cut settings I find to be gorgeous (and affordable): https://instagram.com/p/BfPGEUYB_v3/

Now I see the issue...cathedral. Couldnt tell that from the top. I remember seeing a kite set princess in a halo but the halo had a curvy pattern.
I remember thinking that it was pretty.
It was something like this but with a princess cut. 1 carat might be a little large to do something like this...not sure.
This is pretty too
First thing though is I'd find out if its repairable and how much its going to cost.[/QUOTE
tyty--that first picture is FABU! Gosh, if StephL could have a ring made like that--with her Princess (and have a ring named after her!!)--how wonderful would that be!
cheers--Sharon
Now THAT'S a great idea! I think you can get a kick a$$ old mine cut!!!!!@LisaRN, LOVE that ring!
Well I may have been given a solution by the DH. Instead of trying to make it look antique why don't you just sell this one and get an antique stone. So I guess that is another option!
