What trends have you bought into? Which ones didn''t you get?

Those mantyhose are frightening. Do they have to shave their legs before they wear them?

Holly--Those pictures look like they''re trying to imitate Scandinavian designs, which can be pretty soothing if done well. A lot of the blogs I see take the white theme and make it look very sterile, I agree.

I do like Young House Love''s interior design, and I read their blog, but I need more color in my own home.

Text messaging was a trend I never thought I''d get, until about 6 months ago, now I use it fairly frequently.

I still don''t text message. In fact, it''s set up that we cannot accept messages. Only downside is that because of this, a few relatives'' messages never came to us and we didn''t know if they were coming for a family reunion we had during the summer. Why can''t people at least E-MAIL just in case?

I just started texting about a year ago, and only with a few friends. Actually, I think I''m one of the last people to get a cell phone. I broke down a few years ago (well, maybe 4) and got one, but most of my friends had had one for quite a while by then.
