What strength Loupe do I need to read the inscription?

Im looking to buy a Loupe to read the inscription on a diamond. Any idea the strength I should be looking for? Also im in the UK so a UK seller would be great

There may be different ways to skin the cat. Included in comments in the link above is Karl's comments that 20X is good. All right, I was far from the account with my loupe 15x....

I could see mine on my old stone with my 10x without trouble.

How big is your stone and how thick is the girdle? Thinner girdles mean smaller characters, which means higher required magnification
