What setting for a heart and arrow diamond?

I heard that a halo setting is not best for H&A? Is this true? What settings are ok for H&A 1.7 I VS2 setting? Thanks.

A ton of people on here have gorgeous halos with hearts and arrows diamonds. And I mean a TON.

Hearts and arrows stones look great in halos. Why?

I think a 1.7 carat diamond in a halo would be lovely.

Oh great new as I love halos! I read somewhere that H&A in settings will make their H&A view disappear to the naked eye. I'm not sure what is true, so asking. Thanks so much.

Well. You can't see the hearts of the diamond when it is set and on the hand. ANY setting, I mean. Well, except for some very specifically designed tension settings cover up the pavillion, and then when you wear them (face up) you can't see them in that setting anyway. Because you can only view the hearts when the stone is viewed through the pavillion. So even in a tension setting you'd have to take it off and view it from the inside of the ring.

But that's nothing to do with halos. And you can see the arrows at all times.

You do understand where the hearts are, right?
