That seems to be the case, in combination with the "okay" from the person being "called."Date: 8/21/2008 12:50:03 PM

I'm not sure...the description for the forum says it's for 'experts & regulars,' but who knows what constitutes either of those things on PS. All new threads have to be approved, so I guess that would be a good indication of whether or not your PSer subject is allowed. I have seen some fairly 'new' PSers featured on there that just post a lot so I think it's up to the moderators.
Part of the reason could be, because of what I posted. I''ve been asked a couple times if someone could do a thread on me, but I politely declined.Date: 8/21/2008 1:06:56 PM

On a more general note, I''ve always wondered why certain members were asked about and not others. Most of the people I tend to be curious about have never been mentioned in ''Who''s Who.''Interesting!![]()

Yeah...I don''t think anyone would ask to start a Who''s Who? on a PSer who doesn''t post very often. I think most PSers are very interesting, so they could potentially have WW threads about them, but I do understand the lack of desire of someone to want to post their life story on a public forum such as this.Date: 8/21/2008 1:05:01 PM

I think anyone can ask to post about anyone. But, the mods ask the person first if they want to be posted about, if they say no, then I think that''s the only reason you couldn''t.

I think people request that the moderators add someone they''re interested in? In that case, Musey, you could ask about the ones you''ve been wondering about!

I means whos who, gee, I sounded like an owl, ha ha ha ha ha
Yes, things have changed. I was in there about three years back and then asked Leonard to delete the thread because I had posted a bunch of photos of my kids and later began to worry about privacy issues and personal subject matters I had posted. Now, there are so many more members here on PS that I'm very glad for making that request and that it was honored.Date: 8/21/2008 8:22:48 PM

Wow! Things have become complicated over time! In the old days no one asked for permission! I know that someone started a thread on me and I just saw it up there.... In turn I started a thread on anyone about whom I took a fancy to write about! I guess this is civilization! Freud said that it brought with it discontents....

While we're at it, RZ and violet, you are actually two of the people I've questioned the absence of on WW. Feel special?![]()

And I''ll have you know, I had a perfume sample come in the mail. It made me want to rush right out and buy it. I haven''t yet, will most likely tell hubby to give it to me for my b-day, since he never knows what to get me. So there.![]()
