I guess I will call them tomorrow or email Sarah instead.

People I do work with have their work emails posted all over the web. Specifically the ones that are selling something. These are big corporations selling engines though and not diamonds, so who knows.

I just heard all these people email Jonathan but maybe they spoke to him to get the address first.

He does have a private email address but I won''t post it on a public forum in case he gets spammed. Perhaps, he will see your thread and respond to the email you send to the address on his website. Also, if you really want to work with Jon instead of his staff - you can direct your emails to him and ask that you would like to correspond with him. All the staff are wonderful and I am sure they can deal with your inquiry. For myself, I wanted to work with Jon because I am a pain in the butt customer and didnt'' want to frustrate his staff.
