What is happening with DiamondExchange.com.au?

The website has been down for maintenance for a number of days and their 1300 telephone number and Sydney office line doesn't seem to work. Only the melbourne line picks up but the wait is very long. Are they going out of business? Anyone know? I know they're not a big supplier to the pricescope members but wondering if anyone knows what is going on with their business. Thanks.

they've been placed into external administration.... there is another lengthly post somewhere here about whats happening.

Thanks for the link Littlelanhua! I am so sorry for all those who has to go through this horrible experience. I hope all those waiting on their refunds get all of the amount owing to them back very soon.
