Just a fun 'sharing' thread.

I just bought this Jacket and the matching pencil skirt (suit). It's really well made and perfect for fall and winter. Plus it was ON SALE!

And I bought these shoes which I ADORE. I already have them in the grey, but they were so comfy (the leather is divine and its well padded and the heel is just the blend of chunky and sexy) I wanted them in black too (even though the grey ones are admittedly prettier). Only thing is the heel cap does come up (review is accurate) but I was prepared and just had the cobbler fix the issue. I got them for 60 a pair with all the discounts that added up. So I didn't mind the trip to the cobbler.

I also picked up this cute tank from Old Navy for under the suit in black (they only had black, I really wanted one of the other colors but beggers can't be choosers!) . I bought myself some goodies at Target last week to celebrate the upcoming cold season.

- A pair of red flannal pajama pants. They are SOOOO comfy.

They are real gemstones, in 14K over sterling. And I bought matching necklaces to go with. They were 76% off the original retail, which made them CHEAP!!!!

Cool, Holly. You know ... for a while there I was sitting cross legged on the floor of a Target super perusing their clearance jewelry & feeling like a total FOOL! But there was so much *on trend* stuff for dirt cheap! I felt like I was in some kind of alternate dimension or something. Now I know I wasn't imagining it! (Still a fool for popping a squat, but .. )

Funny thing is, Target.com doesn't have these puppies on sale! I got $40 and $50 necklaces for 12.48 and 9.98 last night. $25 and $40 earrings for 6.48 and 7.98!

They are loud and over the top and I really love them. I actually didn't expect people to compliment them as much as they have. I have been pleasantly surprised by the number of people that stop to tell me they like them every time I wear them It makes me happy. I also bought them in black.

I also just got this Lululemon tote as one of my birthday gifts. Its puffy nylon fabric Its big enough to fit a lap top and books in it which will be awesome for nursing school.

You guys just reminded me that I bought a peacoat at Costco. Wool, Calvin Klien Double Breast in a nice medium grey that shouldn't show every single cat hair. No pics though, it isn't on their site. The buttons were ugly but I just bought new ones (late a night from GERMANY of all places, I really shouldn't google with paypal after 1AM) that are kick arse and will take the class of the coat up a few notches. Right now it's look a little casual and work is professional dress. But I can't get a black wool coat. I have a ginger and white cat, a white cat, two black and white cats and a a grey and white cat. Guess what they all have in common? WHITE fur.

T-gal it might have been a while since you bought anything but when you go out lady, you go all out. I adore your pendant, you know that. Nordstroms has become my go-to for clothes. Neatfreak came over and helped me do a closet clean out (YEARS over due) and we donated, threw out, or maked for consignment 90% of my clothes. And the 10% we kept was almost all from Norstroms, plus a few wool slacks from Talbots (some of their stuff is frumpy but their wool slacks fit me perfectly)

oh, I also got a Christmas tree! My old ones got killed by the great poop flood that was my basement this past summer. It's one of the "cashmere" trees. It has 3 different looks on the branches and it is the closest to real I've ever seen!

Holly I can never keep my gloves paired. But I can't throw away my singles in case I find the mate. Fortunately in Nor Cal, not a great need for them, but man when we lived back east, it used to drive me nuts!

April, I like Bloch London Flats and ColeHann. They are my go to brands. You also might be able to find something similar to your current ones on some of the discount shoe sites (I forget what the Zappos outlet is called but they usually have some nice shoes).
