What era might this ruby ring be from?

I love this ring and wish I knew more about it.. Do you think it's hand made and very old? I purchased it I think 15 years ago, maybe from etsy when it was just starting out, or maybe it was eBay..and the seller was I think in Israel. I can't find a receipt or remember any details, and I wasn't too interested at that time, I just wanted a cool ruby ring and liked the looks of this one!

It has what looks to be rose cut diamond chips in the bars above and below the rubies, and white metal surrounding the diamonds. There are no stamps or marks. I had a jeweler test the metal and he said at least 18k gold, maybe higher. The gold on the bezel around the rubies appears much richer than the gold of the ring shank.

Very cool ring! It's unusual--I haven't seen anything like it before.

I think 1880s-1910s
The scrolls on the sides are an older design element.
Its really pretty!

Thanks everyone! I absolutely love the color of the rubies, and the little diamond chips are quite sparkly. And I love how it's a bit imperfect, the elements on top aren't perfectly straight. Lots of character! :)

Looks Victorian to me. Definitely an antique, and I love the details.
