I am trying to use the pricescope HCA tool to check the reflection of one of the diamonds I am looking at and I got this message suggesting I am a person in the trade. What does this mean? I am just a consume. Is it an error?

Your PS profile has a trade badge ... if you are not in the trade, hit the "Report concern" link (bottom lower left of your initial post) and let PS Admin know you are not trade and need assistance in removing the Trade badge.

I think there is a wee bug or a glitch in the system, it seems to happen quite frequently
