What does it mean on a GIA cert when it says :
Comments: Additional pinpoints, clouds, internal
graining and surface graining are not shown.

Should I be concerned?!!
 
Trời! I would be concerned, but I'm very clarity sensitive.
Is it a SI1? Is it fluorescent?
