Hey ladies, since its Black Friday today thought we could share what we''d want for Xmas

I want diamond stud earrings, a Louis or Gucci bag, or a pink Sony laptop...oh to dream :)

I need a new pair of black boots with a heel. I''d like a top name-brand handbag like D&B, ''cause I just couldn''t justify a full on "designer" bag costing $500 and up.

I''d take almost anything from my little boutique jewelry store (scene of THE RINGS purchases). She has the top names in jewelry design at really nice prices.

Bookcases for our new living room. We have a TON of books; most of them still in boxes from the move.

I''ll settle for a quiet holiday with a new hubby; celebrating the birth of the Christ child. That''s all I really, truly want.

Hmm, good question!

I definitely want a Jiffy commercial clothing steamer...I put almost nothing in the dryer so I need one for sure.

I would love a yellow gold bracelet...I just have to find one I want! Maybe a chunky figaro chain...

I did want more L''Occitane hand lotion but I just bought a ton because they were having a friends and family sale and the lotion I love never goes on sale! So I''m good for a while on that.

My problem is that I buy pretty much anything I want for myself so no one ever has anything to get me! I try to stop that around Christmas time, though!

If I can be candid:

I would like to have a better year than last year. Thats it. I'm not sure if Santa can fit that one in my stocking.

Health and family, but I''m not sure if those are going to happen.

As far as material objects go, I''ve been lusting after a citrine ring that I found in a local antique store and have been dropping hints to hubby. He was with me when I found it, and loves it almost as much as I do. So, that one might actually happen.

My list is short this year.

New laptop

Cashmere hoodie and lounge pants

BCBG bag (just got a new Chanel, so can''t ask for another expensive bag!)

Miss Dior "Cherie" (love this scent)

gifts cards so I can go crazy after the holidays

gold large link toggle clasp bracelet (been on my list for years!)

This year, I''m pretty much set with the diamond pendant I recently purchased. It was for my birthday, but since that is right near Christmas, it''s basically a combo gift. Also, my husband and I purchased an eliptical, so we pretty much tapped out our Christmas funds.

This year would make for a fabulous holiday if my kids are pleased with what they receive as we are trying to downsize the material items rather than allow things to go overboard as is easily done. Hopefully a few legos is enough!

A bezel-set diamond pendant and a pair of Ugg "Coquette" slippers for lounging around the house. It''s my first winter living in the North, and man is it cold!

Those will be so cozy.

I just purchased my first set of Uggs last week and am excited to wear them this winter! They're short little ones but not the plain ones that nearly everyone has.

My list: A plain wedding band to wear instead of my set when I''m being active and whatnot, new digi camera, a coach turnlock wristlet, a pair of uggs (to actually use as snowboots...I had a fake pair for $7 last year when we had crazy snow and decided that the real ones would be totally worth it), a subscription to Us Weekly (my secret addiction), and some random items that we still need from our registry: a couple more place settings of silverware, a bed pillow (why are the cute decorative matching pillows $45? That''s unfair), a fire extinguisher. BUT REALLY, what I want this year is just to be home for Christmas with DH. I can''t wait until the semester is done!

An e-ring for combined graduation/Christmas present from my hubby would be wonderful!

A new job would be nice, doing something I really enjoy and where I''m learning again.

Otherwise...

Some nice diamond earring jackets.

FI won''t buy me jewellery though

so I won''t be getting them.

-something diamond
-clothes, shoes, gift cards to clothes and shoes shops, hehe

that's about it. i buy most everything i want myself when i want it, so there's never all that much on my 'list'. same with greg, so he's so hard to buy for!! we usually get a lot of gift cards from people.

OK Mara what is "the something diamond"

I want to finally find a house that will be our home, that we both absolutely LOVE! That would be a dream come true!

I really don''t know what I want this year. I kind of have everything. If I could have one wish it would be that Amber is 100% better. Other than that I''ll probably get some clothes and shoes off Santa!

I''m with you, Bee...I don''t really know what I want because I feel like I''m not really wanting for anything! Six months ago I was coveting a LV bag, but since I have two nice bags already (Burberry and MbMJ) that were purchased since last Christmas I don''t really need a LV! I did ask for a new coat from J.Crew, just because I wanted it, and I think my parents are getting me that...other than the coat there''s nothing else that I''m really dying to have.

If Santa brought me anything "diamond-y" as Mara puts it, I would love to have a diamond bracelet, maybe the WF shared prong bangle, but only because the only thing diamond-y I don''t have so far is a bracelet. Oh wait, or earrings....maybe I''ll take some diamond earrings, Santa baby. (and hurry down my chimney toniiiiight)!

For this X-mas, my guy's gonna pay to get my Goyard tote personalized. Since we just got engaged, it'll be years before he gets me anything jewelry related.

I really want a bubble quilted Chanel bag, but the only ones I can find are a little bit too small. My husband said to find the bag I want, buy it and give it to him to put under the tree. Unfortunately, I can''t FIND it!!!!

I also want one of those panini grills from Williams Sonoma and I know I''m getting a cleaner/steamer from Quest Jewelers.

I''m secretly lusting for a 1ct bezel set pear on the DBTY necklace.

But FH doesn''t buy jewelry (he thinks it trivial! Can you imagine?!) so I won''t be getting it unless I buy it myself. *sigh* someday. I think I''m actually getting an ultrasonic cleaner. I''m getting him a nice, heavy bathrobe he''s been wanting.

A new, better paying job would be nice, if Santa is feeling generous.

I''m getting a new matress for our bed (how practical!). I would like a plain gold band to wear in place of my e and wedding rings on occasion. If I get it, it will only be because I buy it myself.

I wish I could get a big ol'' check to cover for the wedding!

More realistically, I already got a luminotherapy lamp from my parents (I have SAD), my FI and I are buying ourselves a vaccum cleaner, and I''m probably going to get a couple of CDs/DVDs/books from my brother and sister. So... not a lot of gifts under the tree for me this year!
