What do you think of the diamond as a whole, considering the price for its size and cut grade, etc. Will the inclusion right smack in the middle be a problem or will it not even be noticeable? I''m pretty new at this, but I would like to drop some hints to my ff about this one

I think that diamond looks pretty good! It scores a 2 on the HCA, right at the cutoff point for diamonds with optimal performance.

The inclusion wouldn''t bother me. From what I''ve read, only 1/100 people can see inclusions in a VS2 with their naked eyes. If you are worried about it, call GOG and ask them to verify that it is eyeclean. w

Its a gorgeous diamond! As to the VS2 inclusion, check with GOG - chances are it isn't visible.

I think this diamond provides a great balance of cut, size, color and clarity for the price. The probability of it being eye-clean is much higher with a VS2, especially with an AGS Lab Report. Also, you are viewing a photo of the diamond at 40x magnification from your computer screen. In real life, the diamond will be much, much smaller. With a cut like this, all you will see are sparkles.

But definitely have GOG check the stone for you, to make sure it meets your "eye-clean" expectations.
