It''s most likely a real dazzler! It should show a good balance of white light and colored light and should be an overall excellent performer. Since it''s high clarity and AGS, there isn''t much to worry about. As long as the vendor is reputable, the price is reasonable, and you are fine with the color, then I think you should be fine.Date: 1/12/2009 7:08:06 PM

Thanks kcoursolle!
It''s a AGS 0 VS stone. Anything I should watch out for this particular stone?
Would one be able to describe the ''characteristic'' or ''personality'' of this stone from the numbers?
Thanks!

It''s a 1.28 carat diamond. Am I seeing leaks under the table?
Aw, I''m sorry. It happens.Date: 1/13/2009 5:04:32 PM

Just when I was ready to hit the button, I was told that the stone is no longer available...
Sure. Most of GOG''s will be better, as most are H&A, and you do pay for cut. WF has the Expert selection, which are geared towards value, and many are just off from the ACA title.Date: 1/13/2009 5:17:57 PM

Thanks Ellen.
I have been eyeing this diamond for so long and I''ve got myself emotionally attached to it, even tho I have never seen the real thing.
The diamond was offered to me at a little over 10k, it''s a 1.28Ct E VS2 round diamond. I just did a search from the ''Search by Cut'' tool but I couldn''t find one that come close.
Do GOG or Whiteflash offer stones of ''better'' or ''similiar'' quality?
Thanks!

lol Ok, are you "allowed" to drop the clarity any? Otherwise, we may be looking at a slightly smaller size, unless you can up the budget.Date: 1/14/2009 12:27:30 PM

Hello,
I''m ''allowed'' to drop the color to a ''F'', which is the absolute lowest color I''m ''allowed'' to consider.
Thanks Ellen for letting me know that the one I have missed is not a TRUE H & A stone, there are better stones out there!
