What did my grandmother's ring look like?

My grandmother's wedding ring was described to me as gold with orange blossoms that the jeweler could pop the centers out of to add diamonds. She was married in the late 1920's or early 1930's. I have the diamonds as they were removed from the original setting and put in my mother's ring, which I now have. I am curious as to what the original ring might have looked like. Does anyone here have any ideas?
