My new job! I'm having a blast! I get to see my kids during the day, am being more physically active than I have been in a long time, and I'm not intellectually exhausted at the end of the day!!! Let's hear it for going back to a minimum wage job!!!!

I am so happy that my little doggy is A-ok. No more eating vitamins that land on the floor. We had a long talk about that and I think he understands.

My sister is almost ready to have a baby; she went to her doctors appt and her doc said any day now!!! YAY!!!

Also that I just love my hubby! He says the sweetest things; shhhh, don't tell him I posted that here. hehe

What I am happy about? Ummmm, let's see...I love our new condo. My husband is a saint these days. Those are things I'm happy about right now.

I am a placement coordinator for the Faculty of Social Work, I find students the perfect placement for them. It is a nice change from working with victims of sexual assault which I did for over 20 years.

I''m working at my kids high school in the small concession stand in their cafeteria. I had been home for the last four years due to fibromyalgia. Before that, I taught medical programs at the community college level.

Scorpioanne, that certainly sounds like a more fun way to spend the day!

ZB, second, third, sixth, and seventh periods rock! Just need to figure out one boy in 5th and they will be fantastic. Actually, he was at the nurse''s today and that was a great class for once! you know how it goes, i just didn''t want to say that the absence of a teenager boy made my day...but really, the other classes are all just awesome!

Watching my daughter discover something new makes me happy and of course that is a daily event. An extra cuddle from one of our cats. A good book or a TV show I have been looking forward to. A good meal with my family.

I am thrilled that most of my Christmas shopping is done, and I was able to find really great gifts!

I am so happy that fall is coming in. I love Halloween, transitioning my home decore into the fall theme--I love pumpkins and mums and ghosts and spooky things! Not to mention all the state fairs and festivals, crafts galore! I love waking up to a cool morning, having a hot Pumpkin Spiced Latte from Starbucks.

Not to mention all the things that always make me happy...my husband, our dogs...

Life is good!

...that the weather is nice enough that I can run at frisbee practice without feeling like I''m going to die.

Nice thread! I am happy that I just did a really hard spin class, and ate a huge dinner (there is nothing like eating lots after exercising lots). I am happy that work is going well(ish). But mostly I am happy that I was lucky enough to get together with a wonderful, kind, dignified, cool man, and I am happy to face life with him at my side.

I got a job offer today - for something I am technically WAY under-qualified for. I don't have interest in the job, but it's flattering nonetheless!

The weather has cooled. Thank goodness. I'm not made to exist in 95+ heat. I picked the wrong part of the world to live in

I am so happy that we found a frog in our pond today.

We have a little micro-ecosystem going trying to attract animals and birds, and this is an exciting add for such an urban setting. The garden is only about 10feet by 3 feet, so it''s a real challenge.
