WF- ACA... Differences in cut between diamonds?

I don't think your eyes will be able to discern if one will sparkle more than the other between these two stones...also, I believe you shouldn't be able to see any size difference between the two. The difference in price is the extra carat weight..

They both only have 2 chevrons, but I like what's happening under the table in the 0.503 ct stone vs the other one. it seems brighter there vs the other one...

I believe that all ACA stones will be beautiful. At that size, every little bit counts, so I would absolutely buy the one that is 4.4mm.

Are you seeing the pricescope/wire price? It isn't actually $400 difference. The larger one is $1759 and the smaller one, $1415. You get discounts for being a pricescope member and if you pay by wire.

Personally, I'd probably go down to G VS2 to get a little larger stone.

4.3mm and 4.6 mm... wouldn't the difference be so insignificant? Is it really worth the extra $400? I see some .6 ct that are 4.6 mm but are not going to be COLORLESS. I'm thinking a beautiful white white diamond would be best. Plus the setting being HALO size might not matter as much ?

The only other one I might choose is this:

But it's H color? I know that's still good but?

Hands down I would choose this one over the first two. Once the diamond is set you will not think this stone is anything but white white. :)) Color is graded when the stone is loose and upside down against a flat white back ground. It is then compared to a master set of stones to evaluate the color. When diamonds are face up and set it becomes extremely difficult to differentiate one color grade from the next, particularly in well cut stones. An H is a great value, because face up and set it looks colorless to the eye. Princess cuts face up smaller then almost any other shape, so I think it's important to keep the size up. You will much more easily see the increase in diamond size than you will ever see the decrease in color grade. :))
