I LOVE THIS THREAD!!! i haven''t purchased my shoes yet but this is a good starting point for my "research".

does any one here have shoes that are only up to 2" in heels? me & FI are almost the same height and if i go over 2", i''ll be taller than him! i am sooo in love with louboutin''s but i''ve never seen one of their shoe that has lower heels that can pass as a wedding shoe.

This thread is fabulous! I love seeing all the different styles and colors. If only I could have one of each!

This thread was my inspiration for putting my foot down and getting the shoes I wanted in a deep ocean blue color. I loved the pictures and was in the minority of most of my family and in-laws in my decision, but then once they saw it, they were hooked! If it wasn''t for this thread, I would have gone with a much more subdued and subtle blue, which I would have liked, but not absolutely adored like I do my wedding shoes. Some of my favorite pictures are with my shoes out from under the dress.

So thank you for inspiring me and giving me that ''push'' to go for what I really wanted!

I''m still trying to find an excuse to wear them outside of the wedding (I think I need the dye waterproofed first!)

Lanie, you''re very welcome! I loved my shoes so much, and they were super comfy all day - I danced all night in them without a blister the next day! I was so terrified though, it rained about 30 minutes before the limo picked me up until we got to the reception, and I dind''t waterproof the dye on my shoes - I didn''t want Smurf Toes for the honeymoon! But it all ended up fine - the colors popped even more with the damp stone, so I can''t complain And my toes were only a little blue. And only on the bottoms. hehe
