pave/eternity wedding sets are popular right now and most jewelers carry them. If want to see a ton of designer settings check out Pearlmans. The particular style you posted a picture of actually reminds me of a Michael Beaudry

They also do sets..here''s one that my SIL has..the pave stones are small but I really like this set. They also do xprong, royal crown rings with the pave with wider shanks that would match the bands posted above.

Michael B makes a 3 sided pave....This is a promo shot. Next one is my actual ring. It really sparkles like mad. Mine is about 2mm wide.

I've always admired that Vache pave set.
Any chance you could post some pics of your SIL's set?
Anyone else know of any "real life" pics.
The price for the set is quite good compared to MB and other designers
